1. Time-Dependent ROC

Evaluates diagnostic ability at a specific time point in survival data. Uses Kaplan-Meier estimator.

2. AUC(t)

Area under ROC curve at time t. AUC=0.5 means no discrimination.

3. Event Definition

At evaluation time t: Event = occurred by time t (time <= t & status=1). No Event = censored or survived beyond t.

4. Threshold Explorer

Shows Sensitivity, Specificity, and Youden Index vs marker threshold at the selected time point.

5. Data Requirements

Time = survival time (numeric). Status = event indicator (0=censored, 1=event). Predictors = continuous numeric.

6. Export

CSV: BOM header for Windows Excel. Word: A4 landscape with all tables.
